A: Your order will take between 1-2 working days for our team to prepare before passing it to our designated courier service provider. Courier service delivery times vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Page for more detailed information.

*During MCO, kindly expect delay from the courier service due to certain limitations and a high volume of parcels.

A: Upon order and payment confirmation, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Kindly check and confirm your email address, shipping address, items ordered and order notes (if available) in the confirmation email.

After 1-2 working days, you will receive a shipping update email with a tracking number. Usually, our third-party courier service will notify you before delivering your items. If you are not at home, they will make another delivery attempt the next working day.

If you have ordered and did not receive an order confirmation e-mail, do check your SPAM folder. It is also possible that you might have accidentally entered the wrong email address.

A: You can track the location of your parcel from the shipping update email in your inbox. If you still have not received your parcel after 2 weeks of ordering, please contact the courier service to enquire further.

A: You will need to create a new order online if you would like to ship to more than one address.

A: We take pride in packaging your parcel beautifully and securely. All items leave our warehouse in excellent condition and our responsibility for your package ends when it leaves our hands.

In cases where a parcel is lost/damaged/returned for any reason other than our manufacturing errors, it is then the customers' responsibility to file a complaint to the courier service. The customer is also responsible for paying any additional shipping fees for unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect mailing address or for not being home.
